Tyler is an old soul with a quiet, thankful personality. He's a loyal, fierce competitor, mature in his driving, smart and calculating with his decisions on the track. The feedback from his competitors with decades of driving experience is always the same, “Tyler is a good clean race car driver” and this has earned him a favorable reputation among is peers.

Tyler started racing in go karts at a young age when he learned that he had the fastest time at the track at age 10 after an outing with his friends. He then began competing at local and national events throughout the US but he was always interested in racing cars, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and great uncles.

Tyler started training in formula cars at age 12 in Sebring and Homestead under the guidance and supervision of his driving coach, and he was racing a spec Cayman and Spec Miata alongside GT and prototype race cars at age 13 .

Tyler earned his SCCA full competition license on his birthday at the age of 14 and was testing a spec ford racer the same day. Tyler at 14 is on his way to winning the championship in the NASA Florida Region Spec Miata class. He is currently in first place in both Spec Miata and the Teen Mazda Challenge Florida Region. Tyler also competes in the Lucas Oil Open Wheel Championship sharpening his skills under the guidance of the Lucas Oil racing instructors.

Tyler understands there are two sides to the business of racing and representing sponsors is just as important as winning on the track. Tyler is hired to model and represent companies and their products, he speaks publicly on social media promoting Mazda and the Teen Mazda Challenge, and provides interviews during and after race events.

Tyler has tested in front and rear wheel drive road cars, NASCAR pro late model oval cars, and is fielding opportunities to race professionally at the age of 15 in Europe and in the US- the future ahead is bright.

Tyler like other young people enjoys listening to music, playing outdoor sports, and video games.

Come meet Tyler at his next event and see for yourself the potential of this junior driver, or contact us to discuss how Tyler can help promote your business.
